Accommodation Terms & Conditions
In order to make our guests' stay an enjoyable and pleasant experience the following terms and conditions apply.
Booking Conditions
1. All bookings must be confirmed with a 25% deposit to secure the booking. Payments can be made by MasterCard, Visa, Cheque, Cash or direct deposit. Guests are required to pay the balance of the accommodation costs prior to departure.
2. Standard check-in time is 2.00pm. Other times by mutual arrangement and subject to availability, arrangements must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Check-out is by 10.00am on day of departure to allow us to prepare for incoming guests.
3. Mallyons Executive Villas has space for one vehicle off street parking per Villa. Please notify Management if parking is required for additional vehicles.
To maintain our standards for all guests and to respect our fellow guests and neighbours we require that certain conditions be complied with.
1. Please ensure the villa is left in a tidy state with dishes washed, rubbish emptied and placed in the outside bins (recycling bin provided).
2. Should you have any losses or breakages during your stay please advise management so the items can be repaired or replaced. Extra charges may incur if any extra cleaning or repairs are required or for any replacement of property removed.
3. The villas are situated in a residential area and in the interests of our neighbours and fellow guests your booking is accepted on the express condition that you cause no disturbance and you maintain a reasonable noise level between after 10.00 pm and 8.00am. Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The booking price charged is for domestic use only and for the use of our paying guests.
4. Please be advised that NO SMOKING is permitted indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please ensure all cigarette butts are disposed of appropriately.
5. Ensure the villa is secured when leaving the property, lights & airconditioning turned off, all doors and windows locked.
6. Please be mindful of conservation of water and more especially our environment. Remember to turn off lights, air conditioning and heating when leaving the villa each day.
7. Pets are not allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Applies with confirmation of reservation and applies if cancellation is made by the guest or booking agent.
1. Reservations cancelled outside 14 Days of arrival will lose the deposit, being 25% of the accommodation costs.
2. Reservations cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival will incur 50% of the accommodation costs, minus the deposit debited to the credit card.
3. During Peak Periods cancellations or postponements will result in the full amount payable being debited to the credit card given at time of reservation, minus any deposit already paid to Mallyons Executive Villas. (Subject to the owner being able to re-book the entire period concerned, where applicable a refund, less $50 administration fee, will be by cheque or refunded to the card after final booking date.)
