Adelaide Festival
The Adelaide Festival is one of the world's great arts events. Held annually in the warm South Australian autumn, the Adelaide Festival is Australia's largest multi-arts festival. Horse Trials
Held annually in November, the Deloitte Australian International Three Day Event is Australia’s premier equestrian competition. It is the only CCI four star event held in Australia, the only one held in the Southern Hemisphere and one of only six held across the world. The Adelaide event however is unique in the world, being the only one staged in the heart of a bustling city centre, taking place in the picturesque Adelaide Parklands literally across the street from Mallyons.
Clipsal 500
Get ready for four days of full-throttle motorsport action, thrills and entertainment, when the Clipsal 500 Adelaide starts the Australian leg of V8 Supercars Australia Championship Series with a roar in 2012.

Womadelaide
The WOMAD - 'World of Music, Arts & Dance' festival. WOMAdelaide has become one of Australia's favourite outdoor festivals and in 2010 it attracted 81,500 attendences over four days The program features performances and workshops on seven stages by some of the world's best musicians, dancers and DJs, alongside street theatre and visual artists, the popular Taste the World cooking program, Artists in Conversations sessions and an All-Star Gala finale, together with around 100 food, crafts and display stalls.
Only a 20 min walk to the Botanic Parklands where the event is run from Mallyons.
Tour Down Under
The first stop on the world cycling calendar, the Santos Tour Down Under is the biggest cycling race in the southern hemisphere. Watch the heroes of the peloton as they race past Adelaide, Australia's outstanding beaches and world famous wine regions. This is your chance to get up close and personal with the best in world cycling. One of the races goes right past Mallyons on Dequetteville Terrace.
